Owns enterprise SQL Server administration, including deployment, performance tuning, backup and recovery, HA/DR, security, patching, automation, and on-call support. The role also develops team capabilities, maintains external stakeholder relationships, and analyzes claims trends and operational metrics.

Leads Pacsun’s eCommerce technology strategy, systems architecture, digital roadmap, platform optimization, and major initiatives from concept through post-launch support. Oversees Salesforce Commerce Cloud, mobile experiences, site navigation, checkout, analytics, testing, security, scalability, and Agile deployments. Partners with IT, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and vendors to align technology with business goals. Manages budgets, procurement, project governance, and vendor relationships while building and developing a high-performing eCommerce technology team.

Provides administrative and accounting support, including invoice and payment processing, financial package preparation, audit documentation, mail coordination, vendor inquiries, spreadsheets, variance reports, lender draw requests, and month-end close activities. Requires strong organization, accuracy, Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical ability, confidentiality, and dependable deadline management.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, coordinating engineering, product, design, operations, and other stakeholders. Define scope, timelines, metrics, and risk plans; improve development processes; communicate status and dependencies; resolve technical and organizational roadblocks; and help establish the company’s TPM function, strategy, and best practices.
