Provides administrative and operational support to Project Managers for Electronic Security projects. Tracks milestones, maintains project records and tracking systems, coordinates with field technicians, subcontractors, vendors and customers, schedules site visits and meetings, prepares reports and spreadsheets, supports purchase orders, invoicing, and closeout activities, and helps identify and communicate scheduling or project issues.

Drive enterprise software rollouts in German-speaking automotive and manufacturing customers, configure via APIs, run workshops, manage projects and handovers, liaise with Sales/Product/Support, capture feedback for product improvement, and act as main customer contact including escalations.

Lead enterprise-wide growth and strategic market expansion across construction, facility management, property management, and brokerage. Build executive client and partner relationships, manage pipeline, RFPs, proposals, and CRM forecasting, and collaborate with division leaders to identify cross-selling opportunities and inform strategic planning.

Lead sales and operations for multiple districts, manage District Managers and store teams, drive sales targets and gross profit, analyze performance, recruit and train staff, oversee inventory and compliance, and maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS). Travel between stores required.

Assemble and reconcile inventory, cost of sales, and merchandise accounting data. Prepare inventory adjustments, vendor allowances, price protections, GL entries, daily wires, and reporting. Support physical inventory counts three times yearly and assist Inventory Control Manager with reconciliations, process improvements, and cross-functional communication.

Manage and support Microsoft on-premises and cloud infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint). Perform upgrades, patching, security hardening, identity/access management, monitoring, incident response, documentation, Tier 2/3 support, cloud migrations, cost/performance optimization, and on-call maintenance.

Lead and mentor project teams across multiple large-scale construction projects. Manage project financials, schedules, safety, procurement, QC, RFIs/submittals, change orders, permitting, and client/vendor relationships. Drive portfolio forecasting, risk mitigation, standardize planning tools, and oversee project close-outs and lessons learned.
