Lead and build FalconX’s Electronic Trading Sales franchise, bringing an established client book and winning hedge funds, quant funds, market makers, proprietary firms, asset managers, and banks. Define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and coverage; onboard clients through KYC, credit, and technical integration; grow trading flow; translate client needs into product requirements; partner with Trading, Product, Engineering, and Risk; and represent FalconX with senior industry stakeholders.

The role is hybrid in Miami and requires weekday evening events, reliable transportation, public speaking, and English-Spanish bilingual fluency.

Leads a team of prototype engineers and technicians while remaining hands-on with electrical integration, bring-up, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and field repair for humanoid robots. Owns prototype build schedules, lab resources, test procedures, repair documentation, harnesses, cable assemblies, and test fixtures. Collaborates across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and software engineering to improve reliability, manufacturability, test efficiency, and first-pass yield.

Owns product strategy, roadmap, requirements, backlogs, and feature delivery for Turnitin Feedback Studio assignment workflows and LMS integrations. Collaborates with engineering, UX, customers, sales, marketing, and support to develop capabilities, analyze feedback and market data, ensure accessibility and privacy compliance, and support product releases. The role requires strong Agile product management, customer discovery, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.

Leads strategic finance, capital allocation, financial modeling, valuation, M&A analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Partners with the CEO and COO to guide investment decisions, market expansion, pricing, and resource allocation across Diligent Robotics and Serve Robotics. Owns KPI frameworks, Pigment planning systems, executive presentations, and forecast processes, with potential to build and lead a finance team.
