Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director at a resort. Manage calendar, meetings, correspondence, records, and liaison with departments, guests, ownership, vendors, and corporate partners. Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users: troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS and peripheral issues; perform user administration; document procedures; develop checklists and recommendations to prevent recurring problems; collaborate with vendors and colleagues; maintain workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices and telecommunication equipment.

Build and lead Windward's inaugural US R&D: migrate the Maritime AI platform to a GovCloud environment, implement FedRAMP/NIST/CMMC-compliant cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines, run US production, hire and manage cleared engineers, and serve as the primary technical liaison to US federal customers translating mission needs into engineering delivery.
