Statusphere seeks its first in-house commercial counsel to own high-volume commercial contracting and day-to-day legal matters. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and closing MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, website terms and privacy notices, advising on IP, data/privacy, payments and operational legal issues, building legal templates and workflows, and escalating complex matters to outside counsel. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Security and executives to enable deals and mitigate risk.

Manage an assigned route to maximize sales and distribution of draft/package products. Maintain inventory, restock coolers and displays, negotiate and update POS materials, build displays, hang signs, deliver samples, coach Sales Assistants, and follow safety and compliance (liquor laws and driving standards).

Manage Augusta Health Foundation back-office functions including daily operations, financial recording and reporting, fund and budget management, gift processing and acknowledgements, administrative services, donor database use and analysis, and prospect research.

Serve as the face of headquarters: manage front desk, welcome visitors, coordinate meetings, events, and onboarding, support HR administration, internal communications, vendors, and office operations to foster a positive employee experience.

Provide administrative support for the business office: manage correspondence, answer phones, filing, funds handling, billing claims, and communicate with insurance payers. Assist the Business Office Manager and cross-trained on all office duties.

Manage consumer lending and loan support teams to ensure underwriting consistency, strong member experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and portfolio risk management. Drive performance through data analysis, process improvements, coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and oversight of lending workflows and systems.

Provide front-line Microsoft 365 support, triage escalations to managed IT partner, build simple Power Automate workflows, document issues, promote M365 adoption, and identify automation opportunities across departments.

Lead technical vision and hands-on architecture for agentic AI and LLMs within Workday. Conduct client AI readiness assessments, configure Workday-native AI, design production-grade integrations and automation, build governance and reusable accelerators, and translate assessments into transformation roadmaps and go-to-market assets.

Lead backend development for the Booking Engine squad: design and implement PHP features, build APIs, model reservation data, improve scalability, performance, and reliability, migrate to microservices/event-driven architecture, mentor engineers, and promote testing and engineering best practices.

Own and scale corporate IT systems including Windows/macOS endpoints, MDM, identity (Okta, Google Workspace), SaaS administration, automation (PowerShell/Bash/Python/APIs), onboarding/offboarding, endpoint security, and audit readiness. Troubleshoot complex issues, build runbooks, and partner with Security, Engineering, People, and Operations to operationalize repeatable, compliant IT processes.
