Lead IT strategy and hands-on technical delivery for cloud, on‑premise, and SaaS systems. Oversee ERP and WMS implementations, e‑commerce architecture (Shopify/Magento), Microsoft 365 migration, network security, data integrity, and AI integrations. Prospect and develop opportunities, perform product demonstrations, configure pricing and proposals, and coordinate post-sales implementation with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and recurring revenue.

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Lead continuous improvement and capital projects, collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage contractors, document changes, provide training, and implement environmental and quality control initiatives.
