Lead reliability and observability for the financial data platform: define SLOs/SLIs, build metrics pipelines, extend instrumentation across Velocity, Redpanda, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Fabric, and AWS; implement incident management (Datadog -> Incident.io -> ServiceNow), scale automation and remediation, and design AI-assisted SRE agents using Cursor for triage and root-cause analysis.

Conduct consultative, discovery-focused sales conversations with prospects interested in real estate investing education. Uncover goals, challenges, and financial aspirations, build trust, create certainty about program fit, convert qualified appointments into enrolled clients, and consistently hit revenue targets while delivering an exceptional prospect experience.

Perform data analysis, develop KPIs and dashboards, build reports and visualizations, manage and integrate data sources, support client-facing marketing and communications projects, apply predictive and machine learning techniques, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to improve campaign and program performance.
