Lead product direction for a large multi-team program: define vision and roadmap, own and prioritize backlogs, write user stories and PRDs, collaborate with engineering/design/QA, manage risks and dependencies, engage stakeholders, support account growth and proposal scoping, and ensure delivered features meet user and business needs.

Track and manage incident reports and insurance claims from occurrence through closure. Enter data into systems, coordinate with claims team and safety managers, prepare status reports, track safety metrics and equipment certifications, coordinate safety meetings and orientations, and assist injured workers' return-to-work processes.

Lead post-sales experience for enterprise customers: onboarding, renewals, upsells, and strategic account management. Act as trusted advisor, drive product adoption and value realization, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve account issues, and use data to inform customer strategy and growth.

Lead and coach a global team of 10–15 Customer Success Managers, own escalations end-to-end, operationalize global CS strategy, keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, stay customer-facing, and implement automation and predictive workflows to scale proactive customer outcomes.

Design, implement, and support core platform services to enable Recurly to scale. Participate in requirements and solution design, estimate technical impacts, build reliable integrations, deploy to cloud environments, and collaborate cross-functionally. Use Golang and other languages, follow iterative development, and improve business value through maintainable code.

Serve as the firms independent PPLI counsel: evaluate suitability and tax economics, design ownership and trust structures, review offering and carrier documents, conduct independent carrier and product diligence, coordinate multidisciplinary implementation, and develop firm templates and training to scale PPLI capabilities.
