Provides administrative and client service support to a Client Advisory team at a private wealth management firm. Responsibilities include managing client cash transactions and bill payments, screening communications, coordinating calendars and meetings, maintaining Salesforce records, preparing client materials and reports, processing expenses and travel, supporting account administration, coordinating asset transfers, assisting with tax information, and responding to compliance and audit requests. Requires frequent client communication, financial transaction processing, bookkeeping, and cross-functional coordination.

Coordinates CMBS REO reporting operations, including tracking bank accounts, insurance, financial packages, receivership status, sweeps, refunds, reimbursements, invoices, and funding requests.
