The HRIS Analyst will enhance Workday's functionality, provide user support, manage system integrations, and contribute to HR initiatives.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of platforms and data products supporting audience intelligence, personalization, content operations, and business decision-making. Partner with engineering, data, editorial, and business teams to improve data quality, governance, workflows, recommendation systems, and AI-powered tools.
