Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and leadership, while hiring and managing a social media and community teammate as the function expands.

Leads an outside B2B commercial sales team to retain and grow existing customers, acquire new business, and achieve sales and profit targets. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and performance-managing Commercial Account Managers; developing sales strategies; analyzing data and financial results; implementing sales techniques; and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires territory travel, occasional overnight trips, and some evening and weekend work.
