Build and manage NCTI’s national mentor, investor, laboratory, industry, corporate, and entrepreneurial-support networks. Establish partnerships, referral pathways, and collaboration agreements that help technology startups commercialize and grow. Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes, including feeds and speeds, tooling, work holding, machine methods, quality systems, and throughput. Quote machining work, evaluate equipment, develop processes for new projects, and collaborate with machinists, engineers, suppliers, and leadership. The role requires hands-on production-floor problem solving, supplier capability development, and use of technical data to create reliable manufacturing processes for castings.

Lead strategic public relations for a global technology brand by identifying newsworthy stories, developing data-driven narratives, pitching media, managing journalist relationships, and securing earned coverage. Connect PR with social, blog, video, SEO, and executive thought leadership. Partner with internal teams, research organizations, and PR agencies to amplify campaigns, track media impact, and use AI tools to accelerate communications and storytelling.
