Owns the end-to-end MES architecture for Lilly’s gene therapy manufacturing site, including Tulip applications, data models, integrations, real-time equipment communication, validation, and system migration. Leads design standards, CSV and GxP compliance, change control, technical risk reporting, issue escalation, and collaboration with manufacturing, automation, quality, and IT teams. Mentors MES engineers and supports production schedules, batch execution, and validated system releases.

Lead HR strategy and business partner activities for a greenfield API manufacturing site. Responsibilities include talent management, onboarding, HR analytics and reporting, change management, staffing support, culture and leadership development, process improvement, and collaboration with HR COEs to enable site startup and ongoing GMP operations.

Manages marina property administration, financial records, revenue and accounts payable data, monthly close support, deposit reconciliation, and contract documentation. Coordinates with Human Resources on employee changes and provides customer service while maintaining accurate, timely records.
