Lead product vision, strategy, discovery, and Agile delivery for insurance platforms. Partner with engineering, data science, design, QA, and insurance domain teams to prioritize opportunities, manage backlogs, evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, guide technical design, coordinate delivery, and measure outcomes. Supports insurance regulatory compliance by responding to consumer complaints, maintaining state compliance logs, monitoring regulatory changes, preparing regulatory reports, coordinating audits, assessing compliance risks, and assisting with governance, examinations, data calls, surveys, and remediation plans. The role partners with General Counsel, executives, business segments, and regulatory authorities while ensuring accurate, timely communications and documentation.

Tax intern will prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns; support compliance across state, federal, and international jurisdictions; conduct tax research; assist with external tax audit responses; communicate with clients and senior staff; and participate in professional development and training.

The role requires pipeline and territory analysis, complex B2B sales expertise, and completion of healthcare facility credentialing requirements.

Generates qualified sales pipeline through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, inbound lead follow-up, lead qualification, and appointment setting for Account Executives.
