The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, and the JV Accounting Team, resolves reconciling items, and ensures timely, accurate financial statements.

Provides project management, business analysis, proposal development, reporting, and administrative support for fundraising and development initiatives. Coordinates timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, project documentation, dashboards, donor and board meetings, campaigns, and retreats. Supports the Vice President of Development with complex calendar management and logistics while progressively developing donor cultivation and solicitation skills.

Own and grow enterprise client accounts through consultative selling, relationship management, renewals, and upselling. Serve as the primary client contact, lead cross-functional teams, oversee digital marketing programs, identify opportunities, develop proposals and pricing, manage negotiations, forecast revenue, and conduct business reviews. Mentor junior staff and contribute to product and service roadmaps. Frequent travel to trade shows, client meetings, and business engagements is required.
