Manages multifamily property improvement initiatives across Florida communities. Build evaluation frameworks, monitor production performance with observability tools, conduct red-team testing, manage prompt versioning, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, learning designers, faculty, and university stakeholders. Translate educational and operational requirements into reliable agent behavior across RAG, multi-turn, voice, and multimodal experiences.

Oversee multifamily residential community operations, including staff hiring and supervision, resident and vendor relations, leasing renewals, budgeting, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, apartment turnovers, marketing, reporting, evictions, and Fair Housing compliance. Partner with the Regional Director to achieve occupancy, financial, property condition, and resident satisfaction goals.

Develop new enterprise and upper mid-market business, manage client accounts, and serve as a trusted consulting advisor. Prospect and qualify leads, collaborate with technical teams to create proposals and close SOW contracts, identify business improvement opportunities, build channel partnerships, maintain CRM records, and support localized marketing activities. The role is remote within specified target markets, includes up to 10% travel, and has no direct reports.

Leads full-cycle accounting operations, including monthly close, general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and GAAP compliance. Supervises and develops accounting staff, advises leadership on financial performance, coordinates audits, and partners cross-functionally on cash management. Drives process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and scalable accounting solutions while resolving complex accounting matters and supporting strategic initiatives.

Leads the college’s undergraduate academic advising strategy, professional advising team, performance standards, and student-success outcomes. Develops data-informed advising practices, monitors KPIs, coaches approximately seven staff, and partners with faculty and campus departments on retention, persistence, degree completion, orientation, registration, systems, and policy improvements. Ensures equitable, proactive advising, FERPA compliance, and accessible digital materials.
