Develops hospital, physician, and community referral relationships to increase census and qualified admissions. Conducts outreach, educates referral partners, tracks referral activity, coordinates hospital-to-facility transitions, supports patients and families, and collaborates with admissions, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions and positive experiences.

Advises managers on employee matters, coordinates training, administers HR programs, conducts exit interviews, and supports hearings and investigations. The role works in person at the Aspen Highlands Human Resources office and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Handles complex property and casualty subrogation claims, investigating coverage, liability, compensability, and damages. Negotiates settlements and reserves, authorizes payments, maintains detailed claim files, communicates with insureds and external partners, and may participate in arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials.
