Manage global People compliance programs including immigration, regulatory reporting (EEO-1, BLS, VETS), audits (e.g., OFCCP), AAP, HR policy governance, SOPs, and vendor relationships; partner cross-functionally to reduce risk and optimize compliance processes.

Provide day-to-day HR consultation to faculty, managers, and staff; assist non-academic recruitment and process appointments, extensions, terminations, and reclassifications via Workday and TAS; create SOPs and update position descriptions; support compliance, email templates, and I-9 verification; contribute to process improvements and team operations.

Provide temporary HR support for academic functions: process employment transactions in Workday, manage academic reappointments and term notices, assist onboarding, interpret HR policies, deliver customer service, maintain confidentiality, and identify process improvements within CALS HR.

Runs daily HR functions supporting Senior HR leadership. Tasks include recruiting and interviewing, benefits and PTO administration, personnel file management and audits, compliance and training tracking, conducting employee training (including sexual harassment prevention), HR calendar management, reporting, and coordinating VIP travel. Performs other duties as assigned.

Own and optimize the Talent Acquisition tech ecosystem (Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, BrightHire, GoodTime). Lead integration projects, troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis on failures, maintain system integrity, develop SOPs and documentation, ensure compliance and data validation, and partner with Technology and Data teams to enable efficient TA operations and change management.

Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding creators, coaches, and influencers while managing relationships and the recruitment lifecycle.

The Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic support, manages employee relations issues, ensures compliance with laws, and collaborates on recruitment and training initiatives.
