As a People Business Partner, you will support employees and leadership, advising on HR matters, performance management, employee relations, and culture in a fast-growing environment.

Own and architect the TA technology stack: ATS configuration, integrations, and vendor management. Build, deploy, and monitor AI agents and automation workflows. Lead AI governance, bias auditing, compliance reviews, and enablement for recruiters. Drive roadmap, RFPs, and incident response for TA systems while providing performance reporting and documentation.

Support and administer employment practices programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Manage postings, state-required notices, onboarding forms, communications, audits, data analysis, and small projects; update policies, collaborate on training and change management, and escalate complex issues to leadership.
