Lead US payroll system initiatives using ADP Global View (and optionally ADP EV5). Design and document solutions, support implementations, perform testing and reconciliations, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams, provide post-implementation support, and drive automation and process improvements for accurate payroll operations.

Lead enterprise learning strategy, LMS governance, and scalable learning operations. Provide occasional operational support to the Philippines HR Manager and partner with the CHRO on workflow improvements.

Lead the Total Rewards Center of Excellence and define strategy across compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition. Oversee governance, compliance, vendor management, pay frameworks, annual compensation cycles, executive compensation, benchmarking, and team development. Partner with HR and business leaders to align programs to business goals and ensure regulatory and audit readiness.

Lead daily HR operations and support strategic People & Culture initiatives. Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, training, budgets, and compliance. Partner with department leaders to drive engagement, standards achievement, and labor cost improvements while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture in the hotel.

Lead recruiter responsible for sourcing and screening junior-to-mid IT candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches and ATS; conduct initial interviews, manage pipelines, post jobs, coordinate with hiring managers, track hiring metrics, support employer branding and onboard 20–30 hires quarterly while maintaining US hiring compliance.

Support and manage apprentices and graduates across their programmes: provide guidance, monitor progress, liaise with managers and learning providers, support gateways and EPAs, run attraction and employer brand activities, maintain governance, data and reporting, and build educational and business partnerships.

Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and culture programs: maintain job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, create onboarding/training checklists, update SOPs, audit incident logs, coordinate safety trainings, and assist recognition and engagement initiatives.

Manage HR data and records, oversee HRIS workflows (onboarding and employee lifecycle), audit transactions for payroll and reporting accuracy, administer the I-9 process for compliance, maintain legal employee files, respond to internal/external information requests, and provide training and guidance to end users.
