Serve as a senior HR consultant for Weapons Systems Division, leading organizational change management, talent strategy, leadership development, and data-driven interventions. Design and deliver talent programs, facilitate executive workshops, partner with HR/business leaders, manage large-scale change projects, and track people metrics to drive performance and career mobility. Travel up to 25%.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and retention: screen applications, verify employment, conduct interviews, develop and monitor recruiting plans, represent the agency at hiring events, post and track advertising, maintain requisitions and recruitment metrics, assist onboarding, and back up HR Assistant.

Provide specialist employee relations advice across UKCEH, supporting managers with absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases; conduct investigations, attend formal hearings, deliver training, develop HR policies, analyse ER trends, and lead projects to improve engagement, wellbeing and inclusion.

Support HR recruiting and onboarding activities: source and attract candidates, write recruitment copy, assist hiring managers, develop employer branding and interview tools, run onboarding tasks, and contribute to ad hoc HR projects.

Lead US payroll system initiatives using ADP Global View (and optionally ADP EV5). Design and document solutions, support implementations, perform testing and reconciliations, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams, provide post-implementation support, and drive automation and process improvements for accurate payroll operations.

Lead enterprise learning strategy, LMS governance, and scalable learning operations. Partner with executives and business leaders to align learning to strategy, modernize content, integrate enabling technology, manage budgets, develop program managers, and drive organizational learning transformation across field operations.

Design, develop, implement, and maintain new-hire and ongoing contact center training using instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning approaches. Create evaluations, micro-learning, role-play scenarios, and measure program effectiveness. Partner with operations, SMEs, and leadership, mentor others, and apply emerging learning technologies to improve engagement and efficiency.

Manage end-to-end HR operations for US and UK employees including semi-monthly US payroll (Justworks) and monthly UK payroll (BrightPay), onboarding/offboarding, HR system administration (Slack, Google Workspace), benefits and employee helpdesk support, and process documentation. Provide occasional operational support to the Philippines HR Manager and partner with the CHRO on workflow improvements.

Lead the Total Rewards Center of Excellence and define strategy across compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition. Oversee governance, compliance, vendor management, pay frameworks, annual compensation cycles, executive compensation, benchmarking, and team development. Partner with HR and business leaders to align programs to business goals and ensure regulatory and audit readiness.

Lead daily HR operations and support strategic People & Culture initiatives. Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, training, budgets, and compliance. Partner with department leaders to drive engagement, standards achievement, and labor cost improvements while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture in the hotel.
