Senior HR Generalist responsible for full-scope HR activities including onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, compliance with federal and Massachusetts laws, performance management, investigations, safety coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement. Partners with leaders and HR team to support staffing, engagement, leave administration, and HR program delivery.

Lead full-cycle, high-volume and specialized recruitment for manufacturing operations: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, immigration coordination, metrics reporting, employer branding at events, process improvements, and mentoring junior recruiting staff while ensuring legal and safety compliance.

Provide generalist HR support including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HR policy compliance, and data-privacy-aware handling of candidate information. Partner with managers and Talent Attraction team and support use of Workday for applicant processes and AI-assisted screening disclosures.

Lead HR for two German sites, partner with senior management, harmonize and develop HR processes, build and lead an HR team, manage full employee lifecycle, oversee compensation & benefits, labor-law matters and works council relations, drive recruiting, onboarding, development and HR projects, and ensure payroll/timekeeping compliance. Regular travel (~25%) between sites.

Support operational HR tasks including applicant management, document preparation, and admin support; assist strategic projects (health management), personnel development measures, event organization, and evaluation of development initiatives to boost motivation and retention.

Serve as HR Business Partner for a defined employee population: advise leaders on labor law and HR issues, handle recruiting, coordinate development, support talent and performance management, improve HR processes and systems, contribute to HR projects, and maintain HR administration and data in HR systems.

HR Business Partner supporting Operations in Vårgårda. Advise managers on labor law, rehabilitation, individual cases, union/MBL negotiations, change management, performance and culture. Drive HR processes, deliver workshops/training, and work proactively on work environment and operational HR topics. Requires manufacturing and union experience and strong Swedish/English communication.

Provide frontline technical support for Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, assist with system configurations, testing, documentation, training, and respond to tickets for Canadian and US payroll/HR practitioners.
