Group Summary:In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position bist du kompetente Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter_innen in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen. Gemeinsam mit einem engagierten HR-Team begleitest du sämtliche HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycles und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalarbeit bei.
Deine Aufgaben
- Professionelle und eigenverantwortliche Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter_innen in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Steuerung und Begleitung sämtlicher HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycles vom Recruiting bis zum Austritt
- Erstellung von Dienstverträgen, Vertragsänderungen sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Vereinbarungen
- Umsetzung von Vergütungs- und Personalmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und kollektivvertraglicher Rahmenbedingungen
- Erstellung und Analyse von HR-Reports, Kennzahlen sowie Personal- und Gehaltsdaten
- Steuerung und Begleitung von Recruiting-Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Mitarbeit bzw. Leitung von HR-Projekten und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen
- Unterstützung von Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Universität) im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich , idealerweise als HR Manager oder HR Generalist
- Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht bzw. Sicherheit im Umgang mit arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und personalrelevanten Entscheidungen
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Skills Required
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Business Education, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Manager or HR Generalist
- Knowledge of Austrian employment law and confidence handling employment-law matters and personnel decisions
- Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Very good German and English language skills
- Strong consulting and problem-solving skills
- Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with employees and leaders
- Initiative, discretion, and strong sense of responsibility
