Provide fast, technically sound support for a B2B SaaS CRM via email, chat, and video. Provide 1st/2nd level end-user computing support for hardware, software, telephony and printers; onboard new hires; manage workstations, iPhones, SCCM/Intune deployments; support Bloomberg/Reuters applications; create automation/scripts; perform desk moves; document procedures and be available on-call outside business hours.
