Owns the configuration, governance, administration, integration, and adoption of Trimble ProjectSight. Manages ProjectSight-Vista ERP data synchronization, project templates, workflows, security roles, data quality, rollouts, user training, documentation, vendor support, and issue resolution. Partners with Analytics, Accounting, Project Controls, and project teams to ensure accurate reporting and consistent system usage across field and office environments.

Manage day-to-day IT operations across a multi-location dealership environment. Lead technology projects, maintain the IT roadmap, oversee third-party providers, and support security, privacy, compliance, patching, and service-level performance. Own the Okta identity platform and advance MFA and RBAC capabilities. Support employees, document processes, improve workflows, and coordinate with executives, dealership teams, corporate partners, and automotive OEM technology contacts.

Administer Windows and Linux systems across multiple aerospace laboratories supporting crewed spaceflight analysis. Coordinates deployments, testing, rollbacks, and post-release monitoring while maintaining documentation, meeting SLAs, and improving support processes through automation and root-cause analysis.

Administer identity, endpoint, cloud, collaboration, and productivity systems for a global engineering team. Manage Okta, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Kandji, Google Workspace, Atlassian tools, Slack, VPN, DNS, AWS, and GCP. Automate IT operations using Okta Workflows, PowerShell, Python, and Bash. Handle user lifecycle, hardware procurement, inventory, service desk SLAs, access audits, vendor coordination, and IT deployments while supporting Windows and macOS environments.

Provides L1/L2 application support for a commodities trading platform and related market data, trade lifecycle, and risk systems. Investigates and resolves complex incidents, monitors system health, supports risk batches and end-of-day processing, and manages incident lifecycles. Collaborates with technical and business teams, maintains documentation, supports deployments and disaster recovery testing, participates in on-call coverage, and identifies automation and process improvement opportunities.

Supports the IT team with business systems, infrastructure, dashboards, reporting, data analysis, system performance monitoring, technology projects, documentation, and process improvements.
