About Gamut
Gamut is building the agent workforce. We're a seed-stage team backed by Human Capital (SpaceX, Snowflake, Anduril) building a platform that allows non-engineers to build AI employees that get the whole job done. Early customers are already automating several hours of their workday across their most complicated tasks in sales, marketing, ops, etc.
We're hiring people who want to build, not manage. If you want to work on hard problems with a small team that ships, this is the place.
The Role
You'll be our first BizOps hire, working directly with the founding team on whatever matters most to the company right now. Some weeks that's pricing and the revenue model. Other weeks it's digging into activation data, cleaning up sales ops, or putting together a customer deck and building customer agents! You'll own the numbers, the operating cadence, and the projects that don't have an owner yet, and you'll use our own platform to automate as much of your job as possible.
You will:
Take on special projects and drive them to completion
Build agents on Gamut for customers and for yourself, and turn what you learn into templates others can use
Tackle the most important projects that nobody owns in recruiting, growth, activation, ops
Own the numbers: define, track, and report the metrics we run the company on
This role is in-office in San Francisco, 5 days a week.
You might be a great fit if you:
Have 2 to 7 years in BizOps or strategy at a startup, in consulting or banking, or as a founder, or have equivalent output to show for yourself
Are a systems thinker, can build agents and can get to truth
Are happy doing pricing strategy in the morning and cleaning CRM data in the afternoon
Write clearly and can turn messy analysis into a recommendation the team can act on
Are comfortable building from zero. You don't need a playbook or a manager telling you what to do next

Skills Required
- 2 to 7 years of experience in BizOps or strategy at a startup, consulting, banking, as a founder, or equivalent demonstrated output

- Clear written communication and ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations

Its agents operate autonomously in browsers and connected tools, handling research, scheduling, repetitive preparation, and other complete workflows rather than isolated tasks.
