Location: LATAM

The Role

We're looking for a Production NPD Launch Analyst to make sure every new product launch lands on time and in full. You'll own production from the moment a brief is approved all the way through the first 90 days after launch. Once a product is live and stable, you'll hand it off clean to the team that manages it long term. Every new product Kitsch launches earns its shelf space the moment it lands on time, in full, in the right place — and that starts with you.

What You'll Do
  • Review new product briefs early to catch risks in lead time, capacity, or vendor readiness before a launch date is locked
  • Make sure launch quantities arrive on time and in full at the right destination — DTC, Amazon, and Wholesale
  • Place and manage purchase orders for new SKUs, including onboarding any new vendors or components
  • Flag at-risk launch dates early, so the team has time to react
  • Keep vendor scorecards current for every product in the launch pipeline
  • Build a monthly report comparing vendor capacity to the upcoming launch schedule
  • Deliver a clean handoff package at launch, then follow up for 90 days to catch any early issues
What You Bring
  • Experience in supply chain planning
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Vendor management experience
  • Ability to analyze production capacity

Nice to have:

  • Project management experience
  • Background in the cosmetics industry
  • Knowledge of international shipping
