Provide hands-on IT support for manufacturing and corporate environments: troubleshoot production/test stations, maintain Windows and Linux systems, manage virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Azure), networks, monitoring, backups, and automation (PowerShell/Bash). Create documentation and training, work with DB/network/process-control teams, and improve processes through data-driven analysis and quality/safety practices.

Coordinate, analyze, prepare and maintain IT operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and cost management. Produce monthly and ad hoc budget reports, investigate and correct accounting errors, maintain budget worksheets and records, support budget-related requests, recommend cost-savings, and contribute to project milestones while working under general supervision.

Responsible for performing general quality assurance and IT tasks as directed. Will require completing job-related screenings.

Maintain office premises and IT assets: perform floor walks, coordinate maintenance with building reps and offshore IT, manage VC equipment and FedEx shipping, maintain asset records, lead office fit-outs, assist CXOs, support events/tradeshows, reconcile expenses, and be flexible for weekend/holiday support.

Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance across the college: manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create training materials, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-user satisfaction.
