Contract UX/Product Researcher to lead mixed-methods research, partner with Product/Design/Growth, coach designers, improve research ops and tooling, and democratize insights to inform strategic product decisions.

The Senior Accountant will assess technical transactions, research accounting guidance, draft accounting policies, and ensure compliance with standards. The role involves communication with stakeholders and providing technical accounting support on transactions.

Lead mixed-methods UX and product research across Product, Design, and Growth. Plan and run qualitative and mixed-methods studies, coach designers, improve research ops, democratize insights, and embed research into product decision-making.

Lead market-building sales across four underpenetrated Americas segments (power traders, renewable developers/IPPs, data centers, consultants). Own segment GTM strategy, pipeline creation, ARR growth, and forecast accuracy. Manage six Account Executives and aligned Customer Success Managers, build value props and partner motions, and coordinate with RevOps, Product Marketing, and regional sales to scale new-logo acquisition and NRR.

Manage a portfolio of clients as primary contact, build trust-based relationships, investigate and resolve data issues, analyse and reformat large datasets for onboarding, collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding and service, and provide product feedback to help scale processes and automation.

Provide multi-channel client support (chat, phone, email), resolve technical issues, escalate via Salesforce or Jira, verify client documents, update clients, prepare reports, meet quarterly KPIs, attend trainings, and perform ad hoc tasks.

Partner with the founder to write and edit high-quality content, improve messaging and positioning, support sales and partnerships, join client calls, and own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end while maintaining a high editorial bar and shipping finished work.
