Manage onboarding, HRIS records, employee files, background checks, benefits/payroll coordination, performance review logistics, and general HR administrative tasks for assigned employee group.

Support accounting and production financial tasks: assist Controller and Accounting Manager with yields, GL entries, product costing, variance analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations, and preparation of the annual operating plan. Monitor and report yield performance and perform related duties as assigned.

Oversee pricing, billing, and revenue processes for a portfolio of client accounts to maximize profitability. Develop and execute pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies; analyze market trends and performance metrics; manage channel and competitor pricing; produce forecasts and reports; lead client strategy meetings; and partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and process improvements.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of cage, count room, vault, credit, collections, and casino cashiering. Ensure cash-handling integrity, Title 31/BSA/AML and gaming regulatory compliance, internal controls, budgets, staffing, SOPs, audits, and cross-functional coordination. Design and implement enterprise reporting architecture on Databricks. Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, create reliable reporting datasets, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data quality and governance for analytics and BI.
