Provide and implement total quality programs for automotive electronics manufacturing. Lead APQP/PPAP activities, FMEAs, control plans, root-cause investigations, MSA/statistical analysis, and supplier/customer issue resolution to ensure IATF 16949 compliance and continuous quality improvement.

Serve as engineering liaison between manufacturing, product engineering, and customers to translate customer feedback into process quality improvements. Investigate complaints, perform root cause analysis, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support production quality initiatives.

Lead functional safety for automotive systems (especially ADAS). Implement ISO 26262, create functional and technical safety concepts, perform safety analyses (FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, DFA, control/data flow), work with ASPICE and PLM/ALM tools (PTC, Codebeamer, Windchill), manage requirements, change and configuration processes, and support project quality processes. International travel may be required.

Lead systems engineering for ADAS products through full product lifecycle. Own requirements management, system architecture, configuration management, ASPICE and functional safety/cybersecurity compliance, debugging/troubleshooting, KPI reporting, and mentor team members while interfacing with OEM requirements.

Lead a software test team for automotive embedded systems: develop SW test setups, perform SW qualification and integration testing, generate test cases from designs/SRS, use automotive test tools (CANoe, vTestStudio), apply AUTOSAR, ASPICE, functional safety and MISRA standards, and work with CAN/UDS, Ethernet, bootloaders, compilers and debuggers. ADAS experience preferred.

Lead test architecture and strategy for automotive electronic systems. Design verification across system integration and qualification, build scalable automation frameworks and CICT/CI-CD pipelines, integrate tools (CANoe, vTestStudio, Python), oversee bench/integration/system testing, drive defect resolution and compliance (ASPICE, GPEP, QOS), mentor teams, and collaborate with system, software, DevOps, and quality stakeholders to improve testability, coverage, and operational excellence.

Lead a system test team for automotive electronic systems, develop SW development processes, create and execute system integration and qualification tests (Sys.4/Sys.5), generate test cases from designs/SRS, and apply AUTOSAR, ASPICE, functional safety, CAN/UDS, bootloader, and cybersecurity knowledge using tools like CANoe, vTestStudio and debuggers.
