Own internal IT for a distributed construction-focused startup: build IAM/SSO/onboarding automation, MDM/EDR and asset provisioning, implement SOC2/ISO27001 controls, run corporate networking/ZNTA/VPN, and provide IT support and automation for HQ, remote staff, and field crews.

Prepare month-end close tasks including variance analyses, journal entries, account reconciliations, and government financial filings. Investigate and resolve accounting issues, support ad hoc projects, and liaise with finance departments to present results.

Lead and coach Business Development Officers to acquire, reactivate, and grow Select Employer Groups (SEGs). Manage executive-level relationships, develop strategic outreach and membership drives, track performance via CRM, ensure SEG onboarding and compliance, and drive attainment of annual membership growth targets across the DC/MD/VA region.

Lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate partners giving $5,000+; manage a portfolio, develop sponsorship proposals, coordinate fulfillment, track performance, and represent the organization at events to meet fundraising goals.
