Lead and build a new San Diego product engineering team for provider-facing sleep health diagnostics. Hire, develop, and retain engineers; set team norms and AI-native development methodology; own delivery, quality, security, and roadmap execution; partner with Product, Design, platform teams, and enterprise architects; run reviews, remove blockers, and grow engineers into senior technical roles.
