Manage mid-market customer onboarding, support, adoption, retention, and expansion for a software platform. Develop customer success plans, monitor usage, identify upsell opportunities and churn risks, analyze customer data, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to relay feedback and improve the customer experience.

Processes direct bill payments, cash deposits, accounts receivable postings, premium reconciliations, claim drafts, vendor invoices, accounts payable workflows, and EFT requests.
