Design, implement, maintain, and secure Tessera's enterprise network infrastructure. Provide advanced technical support, manage network devices and security solutions, monitor performance, ensure capacity planning and CMMC compliance, participate in vendor and project management, and support remote office connectivity and Help Desk escalations.

Manage and grow global influencer relationships across TikTok, Instagram and LTK. Maintain influencer and media databases, coordinate product send-outs, mailers, events and PR closet inventory, track social and media coverage, scout emerging influencers, and collaborate with PR, events, brand marketing and creative teams. May require domestic and international travel.

Lead and manage rail technology consulting projects, develop and review software (C++, Python), implement automation and AI, work with machine vision/LIDAR/sensor data, manage schedules/budgets/deliverables, produce technical reports and presentations, mentor junior consultants, and travel to client and site locations as needed.

Provide HR administrative support focused on international visa programs, onboarding, orientation materials, housing coordination, employee support (banking, SSN, transportation), uniform inventory via Shopify, recordkeeping, clerical and occasional payroll support, event planning, SOP documentation, and continuous process improvement.

Lead strategic finance work including commercial deal and pricing modeling, working capital and supply-chain finance, structuring trade and financing solutions, supporting equity/debt raises, and preparing board and investor materials. Partner with Commercial, Operations, and the VP of Finance to translate operational plans into financial strategy and present recommendations to executive leadership.

Manage a book of client accounts to ensure renewals, upsell services, schedule and oversee service delivery using Acumatica and Assignar, analyze sales activity, meet revenue and profitability quotas, collaborate with operations for implementation, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day Burbank office operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and support People Operations with onboarding, benefits administration, labor law compliance, employee engagement, event planning, and backup payroll tasks including E-Verify and mailing.

Design and produce print and digital communications that support the Club brand and member experience. Execute creative concepts, prepare production-ready artwork, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects to support events, publications, digital channels, and marketing initiatives.
