Lead global supplier sourcing, qualification, contracting, and performance management for designated product lines. Negotiate agreements, manage supplier risks and CAPAs, develop secondary/tertiary sourcing strategies, and collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Legal to onboard suppliers and resolve issues.

Lead high-touch outreach and sales to secure elite, high-profile guests for a twice-weekly, in-studio podcast; conduct deep-target research, craft personalized pitches, overcome gatekeepers, manage guest onboarding, and coordinate studio prep and hospitality for high-production interviews.

Manage two regional law offices overseeing HR (recruiting, onboarding, performance), facility and budget management, vendor services, team leadership, office events, and coordination with national departments; provide on-site support and travel between locations.

Manage the full accounts payable cycle including vendor payments, check preparation and controls, AP ledger entry, subsidiary schedules, and monthly reconciliations. Maintain lease agreements and prepare lease accounting journal entries, coordinate annual 1099 processing, support month- and year-end close, maintain vendor files, and provide documentation to auditors. Assist with finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
