Perform hands-on QA/QC for mission-critical data center electrical systems: conduct field inspections, develop/review ITPs, witness FAT/SAT and pre-energization tests, document and close NCRs, prepare test reports and turnover packages, support commissioning/IST, and enforce NEC/NFPA/IEEE/Uptime/TIA-942 compliance and safety protocols.

Administer and maintain the bank's secondary market loan portfolio: prepare investor remittances and reconciliations, resolve reporting and custodial discrepancies, perform loan servicing tasks (payoffs, maintenance, customer requests), support ledger reconciliations, and ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
