Provide executive leadership for Direct Consumer Lending: set strategy, drive loan and membership growth, ensure credit quality and regulatory readiness, modernize digital and AI-enabled lending, manage cross-functional partnerships, oversee operations and vendor relationships, and build leadership and succession within the lending organization.

Lead day-to-day operational stability and service performance across cloud, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise platforms. Own 24/7 production operations, incident and change management, monitoring/observability, DR, compliance, FinOps, and workforce scheduling while managing Tier 1-3 support, SRE/DevOps teams, and operational processes.

Manage and resolve complex customer escalations and rush orders by coordinating with vendors, manufacturing, purchasing, and internal teams. Investigate order, billing, shipping, and product issues, communicate status updates, document resolutions, identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support customer service representatives to meet service levels and customer satisfaction.

Drive new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling meetings for sales reps. Execute inbound/outbound campaigns, meet activity metrics, collaborate with leadership, and use CRM and AI tools to personalize outreach and optimize pipeline.

Lead day-to-day help desk operations across multiple client accounts, manage SLAs and KPIs, mentor team leads and technicians, handle escalations, run service reviews/QBRs, improve processes and tooling, and partner with account management and engineering to onboard and grow clients.

Manage public relations and communications for the Commonwealth LNG project onsite in Louisiana. Develop stakeholder mapping, messaging, communication plans, and materials; coordinate events, town halls, VIP visits, and internal campaigns. Serve as liaison between project teams, corporate communications, clients, and public authorities; ensure compliance and support crisis messaging to protect project reputation.
