Lead product strategy and roadmap for a Payment Integrity SaaS platform, deliver workflow and GenAI-driven automation, partner with engineering, AI, and data teams, define features that improve claim throughput and savings, ensure compliance with healthcare security/privacy, and drive measurable operational outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of complex backend services for the DNS platform. Drive architecture, scalability, reliability, and security; implement high-risk features; improve observability, CI/CD, testing, and deployment reliability; mentor engineers; act as escalation point during incidents and influence cross-team technical direction.

Serve as strategic HR partner to U.S. Commercial functions and Princeton site leadership. Drive workforce planning, talent review, succession planning, leadership coaching, employee relations, compensation decisions, and site-level people initiatives. Advise senior leaders, lead investigations, and align people strategies with business objectives in collaboration with global HR, TA, and compensation stakeholders.

Prepare and analyze financial results for life insurance and annuity products, produce segment reporting and disclosures, support quarterly close, maintain controls, partner with accounting/FP&A/actuarial teams, handle journal entries and audits, and drive process improvements.

Coordinate inbound domestic freight: plan driver routes, call to schedule deliveries, verify preload/inbound freight against paperwork and update the TMS, arrange transfers via partner carriers, and produce quotes for transportation services.

Lead all legal matters including corporate governance, board and stockholder affairs, contract negotiation, IP strategy and portfolio management, regulatory and export-control compliance, data protection, cybersecurity controls, risk mitigation, financings, M&A, and oversight of international subsidiaries and local entity compliance.
