Build and secure scalable backend services for an AI product, focusing on authentication, authorization, data isolation, threat monitoring, secrets and key management, vulnerability management, audit logging, and enterprise data protection. Partner with security, compliance, product, and engineering teams to identify trust-boundary issues and deliver pragmatic security improvements. Develop and maintain customer-facing and internal APIs for large location-intelligence datasets. Translate business needs into technical solutions, design Snowflake data structures and efficient SQL queries, build tested applications, document systems, and support production deployments. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, use AWS and multiple programming languages, create data visualizations, participate in Agile development and on-call rotations, and apply generative AI while maintaining security and privacy standards.

Provides technical support for Cast & Crew digital products by resolving customer issues, modifying configurations, managing support queues, and supporting customer workflows and business rules. Maintains customer relationships, communicates solutions clearly, and contributes to user guides and training materials. Requires strong communication, organization, computer skills, and familiarity with online meeting tools. Occasional overtime and weekend support rotation may be required.

Processes and codes vendor bills, manages accounts payable, maintains purchase order and committed-cost records, performs bank, credit card, and sales tax reconciliations, and supports month-end close and job closeout. Ensures accurate documentation, approvals, W-9 tracking, three-way matching, payment runs, and job-level profitability reporting. Identifies discrepancies, resolves open items, and coordinates with operations to ensure all costs and revenue are captured before job closure.

Support Sales Consultants by managing orders from placement to delivery, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, tracking inventory and fulfillment, running month-end reports, creating client materials, and delivering responsive customer service while meeting tight deadlines and improving processes.

Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, capability models, process models, and standards that connect organizational strategy with business and technology execution. Analyze and optimize processes using BPMN, establish performance metrics, identify operational risks, and support implementation and organizational change. Collaborate with stakeholders across the insurance organization to improve scalability, efficiency, adaptability, and business continuity.

Lead Cyberhaven’s integration ecosystem strategy and roadmap, including connectors, APIs, data sharing, and marketplace partnerships. Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions, guide technical discovery with partner engineering teams, and program-manage integrations from scoping through launch, certification, documentation, enablement, and adoption. Define measurable customer and business outcomes, coordinate sales, customer experience, and marketing readiness, and ensure integrations deliver revenue growth, broader coverage, and faster customer value.

Design, launch, and manage scalable partner programs, including tiers, benefits, onboarding, enablement, certification, communications, governance, and portal operations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business development, sales, marketing, customer success, legal, and operations. Monitor partner adoption and program health using data and feedback to improve processes and engagement. Serve as the primary external leader for Everlaw’s partner ecosystem and develop predictable routes to market.

Leads dealership finance activities by securing customer financing, presenting insurance and payment options, reviewing sales documentation, and ensuring compliance and timely funding. Supports sales staff, monitors finance goals, protects sensitive information, promotes customer satisfaction, and oversees inventory presentation and showroom standards. Requires finance or sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
