Deliver live and virtual partner training using established materials, contribute to instructional content and self-paced assets, support cross-functional partners, build product knowledge of Ellevation's ELD solution, and travel to deliver in-person training. Focus on improving partner adoption, satisfaction, and retention through high-quality facilitation and continuous improvement.

Lead and scale Avant's internal audit and SOX program, owning risk-based audit planning, controls testing (financial, operational, ITGC), remediation governance, IPO readiness, and executive/Board reporting. Partner cross-functionally, manage external auditors and co-sourced teams, build GRC tooling and automation, and drive continuous improvement of controls and testing methodologies.

Provide F&I compliance audits, deal reviews, and training to dealership clients; build relationships, advise on advertising/sales/finance regulations, reduce risk, and improve operational compliance.

Partner with customers to analyze industry-specific business needs and implement M-Files document and knowledge management solutions. Lead small-to-mid implementations, define requirements, integrate with existing systems, provide training, support pre-sales, advise on automation and compliance, and ensure customer satisfaction across targeted verticals.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise and upper mid-market customers: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close $50K-$200K deals. Drive account expansion, build executive-level business cases, align stakeholders, collaborate with partners and delivery, and represent Scaled Agile at industry events.

Lead design of the core Lindy Assistant experience: conduct user research and usability testing, define prototypes and visual language, iterate on micro-interactions and end-to-end flows, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and the founder to deliver a polished product.

Qualify inbound leads and execute targeted outbound outreach to book meetings and generate pipeline for Account Executives. Research prospects, articulate value to HR/L&D leaders, track activity in CRM, collaborate with sales and marketing, and improve SDR playbook using sales tools and AI for personalization.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and President, including calendar and inbox management, travel booking, briefing materials, meeting logistics, document editing, expense reporting, reception support, and handling sensitive information. Anticipate needs, track follow-ups, and be available outside standard hours for urgent tasks.

Design, build, and operate core developer-infrastructure services (CI, builds, deployment orchestration, test infra). Own components end-to-end, improve build/CI/deploy/test metrics, participate in on-call rotation, write observable production-ready code, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to technical design and knowledge sharing.

Provide frontline technical and product support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; QA deliverables; track and route tickets across teams; and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
