The Global Marketing Programs Specialist will manage marketing content, campaign planning and execution, product launches, and implement AI adoption across our global marketing team.
As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will be based in Boston, MA, and you’ll work closely with product, corporate, and regional marketing teams around the world as well as with various external vendors. You should be a self-starter, eager to grow your understanding of database management, financial services, and supply chain while applying your project management skills and marketing campaign experience to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and tell the InterSystems data platform story.
Responsibilities:
- Project management for multiple teams, including integrated marketing campaign planning and execution, product launches, content creation, internal communications, and internal AI adoption
- Manage the creation, publishing, promotion, and repurposing of marketing content aligned with the product marketing strategy, working with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver assets on time and meet expectations
- Help define the process and process improvements for AI adoption across the global marketing team using various MarTech tools (Monday.com, Hubspot, etc.)
- Establish, set up, and run AI automations for marketing tasks to ensure consistent messaging and accurate use of grammar, product descriptions, style, and voice
- Maintain internal and external content repositories for sales and marketing teams
- Work with InterSystems corporate and global marketing and sales teams to support awareness of existing and planned content
Background and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or related discipline
- 3+ years of marketing experience with an understanding of content development, integrated marketing campaign planning and execution, product launches, and AI marketing tools
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail, PMP certification a plus
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work on multiple projects
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams, including remote global colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
- Inclination to be a self-starter, solution-oriented, and take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of AI marketing tools, database management technology, financial services, supply chain, and/or healthcare a plus
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products including SharePoint, project management tools, AI marketing tools, Monday.com, Hubspot, Highspot

Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
