Manage and develop a technical support call center team focused on automotive key programming. Ensure customer satisfaction, oversee daily operations, staffing, performance monitoring, partner interfaces, process improvements, and reporting. Serve as SME for customers, sales, and technology partners.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues; install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment; manage user accounts, system updates, backups, antivirus, and IT asset records; coordinate vendor repairs and support basic cybersecurity practices.
