Own and execute IDMWORKS digital presence and demand generation: paid media, SEO, content, marketing automation (Pardot), email, social, webinars, website updates, analytics, and contractor management to drive MQLs, pipeline, and conversion improvements.

Lead day-to-day ecommerce operations and growth for the brand: manage assortment, pricing, promotions, digital marketing (email, social, SEO), analytics, vendor relationships, budgets, and a small ecommerce team to optimize site performance and drive online revenue.

Drive enterprise B2B sales by prospecting, engaging C-suite and procurement, delivering demos, managing complex multi-stakeholder deals, negotiating contracts, maintaining CRM pipeline and consistently meeting revenue targets.

Create and schedule public-facing content across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Threads. Produce short-form video and graphics, write on-brand captions, engage the community, track performance and report weekly takeaways, and scout competitors/creators. Work directly with founders and may convert to full-time upon employer need.

Develop and close new and existing business selling and leasing modular buildings and classrooms to education and commercial accounts. Build relationships with manufacturers, architects, school administrators, and subcontractors; coordinate internal teams to deliver projects; maintain accurate records, meet sales quotas, and travel locally and multi-state for meetings and training.

Provide administrative and logistical support for witness management at the U.S. Attorney's Office, including travel and lodging coordination, courtroom orientation, document preparation and submission, calendar and voucher management, liaison with courts and agencies, and other administrative duties.

Provide administrative support including accounts receivable, accounts payable processing, payroll tasks, and general office duties. Maintain accurate business processes, organize priorities in a fast-paced environment, and support daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
