Act as first company contact to qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives. Execute high-velocity outbound prospecting, meet weekly touch and meeting targets, collaborate with marketing and sales leadership, and use sales intelligence tools to refine targeting and messaging.

Serve as the primary contact for provider concerns, manage provider performance improvement plans, monitor provider operations (claims, billing, redelivery), maintain CRM records and reporting, support onboarding/training, act as a specialist for large accounts, and provide rotating weekend coverage.

Provide technical targeting and operations support for Computer Network Exploitation projects: identify and exploit network vulnerabilities, analyze diverse data sources, develop technical packages and authorizations, collaborate across teams, and support cyber operations and data collection for government customers.

Use syndicated POS, panel, and shopper data to generate actionable category insights, shape assortment, promotions, and product strategy, and create compelling retailer and leadership presentations. Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor market trends, advance analytics capabilities, and grow Feastables' share in confections and broader CPG categories.

Lead and build the accounting function: own order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, monthly close, audit/tax relationships, cash forecasting, ERP selection/implementation, data governance, and M&A accounting integrations to ensure scalable financial operations.

Primary point of contact for large accounts; manage full account lifecycle, lead project requests and internal specs, host weekly check-ins and executive reviews, ensure invoicing/renewals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client initiatives.

Coordinate and process residential mortgage loan applications, order verifications and services, gather documentation, prepare files for underwriting, ensure compliance and disclosures, communicate with MLOs/customers/vendors, and stay current on residential lending practices.

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components, build and maintain APIs in Go and/or Node.js, ensure security and scalability, write tested code, participate in reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.
