Manage a portfolio of fundraising prospects for Government Performance, Philadelphia projects, and Scientific Advancement. Build deep relationships with program teams and donors, develop proposals and stewardship plans, collaborate with research and portfolio colleagues, track activity in Salesforce and PeopleSoft, and support team process improvements to secure major gifts.

Lead ERP-focused pre-sales discovery, design tailored demos, validate technical fit, liaise with ERP partners, support strategic deals, and influence product and partner strategy to improve supplier collaboration for manufacturers.

Provide Salesforce training, support, implementation, configuration, and optimization for clients. Gather requirements, design solutions using best practices, create documentation, manage data imports, build reports/dashboards, and advise stakeholders while maintaining project tasks and meeting targets.

Provide senior-level financial management and accounting support for a Marine Raider support organization, including processing funding documents, reconciliations, audit readiness, internal controls, financial reporting, and advising on policy and compliance.
