Part-time entry-level bookkeeping role responsible for data entry, invoice processing, file management, and general administrative support. Drive revenue for Network & Security Services through high-volume outbound/inbound calling, lead qualification, pipeline building and opportunity progression. Manage CRM records, coordinate technical resources for scoping, support quoting/proposals, and hand off won deals to delivery teams while reporting pipeline health and forecasting.

Provide direct client intake and advocacy to resolve tangled title and estate issues, assist attorneys with probate filings, draft and record deeds, support estate administration, run community education, and pursue systemic and legislative advocacy to protect low-income homeowners.

Own and architect Homebase's identity and notification platform: design authentication/authorization (multi-tenant RBAC/ABAC), manage session/token lifecycles, build scalable multi-channel notification delivery and preference management, drive architecture and RFCs, integrate AI tooling, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship secure, reliable systems at scale.
