Provide accounts payable/receivable and student account support, process invoices and payments, assist with billing, reconciliations, purchasing, month/fiscal year-end close, and vendor/internal inquiries while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting Finance team operations.

Design, build, and operate secure, compliant AWS environments using Terraform and automation. Build CI/CD pipelines, security automation, observability, and support containerized and serverless workloads. Contribute to ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance, create developer tooling, and troubleshoot complex platform issues in a distributed team.

Design end-to-end product features for data-dense dashboards, reports, newsletters, and API developer experiences. Create written docs, mockups, and coded prototypes; collaborate cross-functionally to iterate, fix quality issues, and evolve the design language and system across UI, brand, and visualizations.

Work directly with the CEO as a Chief of Staff MBA intern: build operations and meeting cadences, manage projects and dashboards, plan events, conduct market and competitive research, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, and influence product design and roadmap decisions. In-office five days a week with long hours; hands-on startup experience expected.
