Generate residential roofing sales through door-to-door outreach and warm-lead follow up; perform roof inspections (including ladder and roof access); consultatively sell, close deals, maintain CRM records, manage customer expectations, and collaborate with production, service and admin teams to deliver quality customer experiences.

Serve as front-desk first point of contact for the Housing Authority. Answer multi-line phones, greet visitors, schedule appointments, provide information, prepare correspondence and meeting materials, process invoices and purchase orders, perform data entry, records management, scanning, and routine clerical tasks. Deliver professional customer service, including de-escalation, while supporting Housing Management and Section 8 program operations. Bilingual Spanish required.
