Lead and build the BSA/AML and sanctions compliance program for a payments/crypto fintech. Own KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, SAR/STR processes, sanctions screening, regulatory engagement, bank partnerships, testing, audits, licensing strategy, and vendor selection while managing a lean compliance team and reporting to the Board and General Counsel.

Manage end-to-end government proposal responses (RFI/RFP, multi-award vehicles) for small and mid-size clients. Lead strategy, compliance, outlines, color reviews, editing, desktop publishing, and production. Apply Shipley/APMP best practices, coordinate writers/SMEs/designers, analyze amendments, and ensure clarity, compliance, and win themes. Operate remotely, lead virtual reviews, and support clients under strict deadlines.

Sell new and used vehicles by generating leads, building relationships, guiding customers through purchases, mastering product knowledge, negotiating deals, following up with prospects, and delivering exceptional customer service to grow a personal book of business and meet sales targets.
