Leads ACCC’s regulatory compliance program, managing multi-state licenses, registrations, filings, regulatory calendars, examinations, monitoring, testing, corrective actions, policy administration, regulatory change implementation, compliance documentation, training, third-party reviews, complaints, and executive reporting. Partners across the organization to implement regulatory requirements and maintain a strong compliance culture. The role requires on-site work four days per week at the Auburndale, Massachusetts headquarters.

Build and scale production Python pipelines for economic and financial climate-risk models. Own end-to-end product design across Packz’s web and iOS platforms, including discovery, purchasing, pack opening, collection management, redemption, and cash-out. Partner with founders and engineering to turn complex value-exchange mechanics into intuitive, trustworthy experiences. Conduct user research, establish design systems, prototype with AI-assisted tools and lightweight code, and ensure high-quality implementation. As the first full-time designer, this role also defines design processes, standards, and visual language.

Lead go-to-market strategy and launch new verticals: identify opportunities, validate via demand generation and direct enterprise selling, build sales playbooks, guide product roadmap, and own deals end-to-end while collaborating with CEO/CRO.

Manages day-to-day out-of-home and transit advertising operations across Connecticut. Supervises staff and subcontractors, coordinates advertising installation, removal, maintenance, materials, inventory, audits, repairs, records, reports, and campaign updates. Collaborates with sales teams, vendors, transit partners, clients, and internal leadership while traveling to worksites. Ensures productivity, safety, quality standards, deadlines, and positive team culture.

Serves as a strategic integrator and accountability partner to executive leadership across Marketing and Centralized Operations. Coordinates priorities, workflows, reporting, KPIs, meetings, communications, and cross-functional initiatives. Tracks progress, risks, dependencies, and performance while preparing executive-ready summaries and materials. Supports process alignment, campaign evaluation, operational readiness, leadership workflows, and onboarding coordination.

Supervises specialty customer support operations, leading teams across multiple geographies and driving revenue, performance, engagement, and financial targets. Develops business and resource plans, analyzes metrics, manages change, coaches employees, resolves employee relations issues, and partners with internal departments, external field representatives, and stakeholders to align strategic initiatives and improve performance. Works an eight-hour shift between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST.

Manages end-to-end procurement projects from purchase order placement through delivery and goods receipt. Coordinates suppliers, freight providers, logistics, customers, and internal teams; tracks schedules and milestones; communicates project status; resolves delivery issues; identifies and mitigates supply chain risks; and drives supplier accountability, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
